Daily Sketch 22

On today's drawing from our Sunday morning class I decided not to focus on our minister, instead focusing on two women. The drawing looks nothing like them. However, sometimes the act of drawing is more important than the final result or representational likeness.

Drawn with a Sharpie pen.

Great drawing. I think you did great with the people and the curvature of the space. Were there no other people there?

Yes, there were others in class. There were more behind the two ladies and a bunch sittings behind me. Point of view (or information that is included and not included) is always an interesting thing to me.

Very good drawing! Simple lines that don't confuse the issue. It's so very clearly a church, isn't it? Excelent job!

Love the attentive look on the ladies' faces. You definitely have a touch that can sketch an interesting composition.

Great capture, love the curve of the benches. I like how the ladies are both looking over at the same point. Nice.
