Daily Sketch 28

We rented a movie called The Reading Room from Netflix. James Earl Jones was the main character. The movie was a little slow but worth watching. I drew Jones as I watched the show.

Done with a Sharpie pen.

Love it! and the movie. Yes, it was slow, but I think that it was made for tv. James has one of those voices that I love to hear. Nice work on all of your drawings, I have been looking. Wish that I could draw in ink, but it is too scary for me;-) Keep having fun!

Thanks Rhonda. Yes, sometimes ink can be scary. Sometimes I have to make myself relax so I can just let the drawing happen. Sometimes I wish I had a voice like James!

Instant recognition! I've never seen the movie, but I definitely know the voice! In fact, sometimes when I'm reading, especially if it's James Patterson, the character's voice in my head will be James Earl Jones.
