Illustration Friday: "Sneaky"

I had a difficult time getting a strong idea for this week's topic. I finally settled on a personal experience. Our dog Ruby likes to sneak into our cats' food for an occasional snack. She knows she is not supposed to do it and so she is really quiet when she decides to do the misdeed. I'm sure the cats don't like to share their food either.
Created with pen & ink and watercolor.

I love this--the wary look on the dogs face, and the shadows that tell the tale...
