Tree of Life

Not sure if I like this one. I did a lot of experimentation on it. I think I'll let it sit for a while to see if I think it works or not.
Created with acrylics, collage with spray paint, and latex paint on canvas.
Note: For the collage, I printed (double sided on one page) out a Biblical passage from the book of Revelation chapter 22 where the tree of life is mentioned. Then I cut leafy shapes and misted them with gold spray paint. Also used iridescent gold acrylic paint for a gold leaf effect.
I'm using this artwork for this week's Illustration Friday topic "Yield", as in "On each side of the river stood the tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month." (Rev. 22:2)
