Kinda late with this posting of drawings, but here they are anyway.
With this week's class, we were encouraged to bring in photo references to the session that showed examples of different clothing or costumes. With our references we placed the clothing on the actual live model in our drawings. We had to imagine how certain folds, creases, and wrinkled would apply from the reference to the model. Along with that we were encouraged to use our imagination, and so with that little bit of leeway I took some creative license to place the figure in different settings.
My classmates mentioned that the poor girl in a couple of my drawings looks as if she had been stood up at the prom.
These were all drawn with charcoal, plus I used a kneaded eraser and a chamois for different tonal effects.
