Sequential Works

Just started a sequential sketchbook that I'm calling Factual/Fictional Tales of David R. Vallejo. It is basically a visual journal illustrated like a comic book that can include actual things that have happened or things from my imagination (usually made to look as if they happened).
I have an appreciation of sequential art and would like to become better at doing it. I would like to gain enough skill to take on a 24 hour challenge of creating a 24 page comic book. More on that later.
This sequence of panels is not something that really happened, but in a house of pets, it could.
Drawn with brush, pen, and India ink. The hard part was outlining the panels with the brush. Sigh!

Well done! I especially like the one after the cup is spilled...it seems to show that remorse that my dogs always have after doing something like that!

The nicest thing is you are holding the dog on your lap after he caused the spill rather than punishing him! I love that sequence. Nice idea to do. I've only done one of these and it was for a class; should think about it more.
