Who's the Blowhard?

I read an interesting article about the differences between male and female entrepreneurs. Apparently, females struggle with competing with males because they lack the ability to be a blowhard. Here's the article in INC. if you feel like reading it. Not sure if I totally agree because I've seen the exception many times, but nevertheless, I was able to pull an illustration from it.
